Media Traineeship

2001-2008

For seven years Springboard Media delivered the City and Guilds 7501 Media Diploma in Print and Radio journalism and web design to unemployed adults via ESF, New Deal and BBC funding.

We offered the programme for free to unemployed adults who might not otherwise have gained access to media opportunities. Unfortunately funding for the programme finished in 2008, but we are always on the look out for new funding opportunities that would allow us to re-start the Media Traineeship.
